Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty
ProTip products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers faults arising from defective materials or workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- fair wear and tear;
- accidental damage;
- misuse;
- unauthorised modifications;
- improper storage or operation; or
- damage caused by external equipment.
To make a warranty claim, contact:

Customers may be required to provide:
- proof of purchase;
- photographs or descriptions of the issue; and
- return of the product for inspection.
If a claim is accepted, ProTip may:
- repair the product;
- replace the product; or
- issue a refund.
This warranty is provided in addition to statutory consumer rights.
