Orders are placed through our website using Stripe-hosted checkout pages.
When you place an order, you confirm that:

All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
We are not VAT registered.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or process full payment card details ourselves.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected European countries.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their destination country and for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the UK and EU may cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving goods.
In addition, ProTip offers a voluntary 30-day return period for unwanted items.
To qualify for a return:
* items must be returned in reasonable condition;
* customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty; and
* returns must be initiated by contacting protip@tjstephens.com.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned goods are received and inspected.
We reserve the right to reduce refunds where returned items show signs of excessive use or damage.

8. Warranty
ProTip products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
* fair wear and tear;
* accidental damage;
* misuse or abuse;
* unauthorised modifications or repairs;
* damage caused by improper operation or storage.
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, we may:
* repair the product;
* replace the product; or
* provide a refund at our discretion.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
